So we live in Philadelphia in a lovely old end of row house built in 1908 !. We never thought that we would end up owning a house after years renting in London and New York !. Yes it is possible – more so when you have a baby – our motivation to get on the housing ladder – luckily we managed to get financing when they were giving it away ! before the housing meltdown.
